Charlotte is an experienced Property Consultant whose primary focus is property management. With over three years in the lettings industry, she’s passionate about keeping landlords’ investments protected, tenants happy, and properties running smoothly. From coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensuring compliance requirements are met, Charlotte takes pride in making sure every property is safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant.

Known for her friendly and proactive approach, Charlotte enjoys building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors alike. She loves solving problems, finding practical solutions, and helping take the stress out of property management. Having lived locally for most of her life, she brings a wealth of knowledge about North Somerset and the surrounding areas.

Outside of work, Charlotte is kept busy by her two young children, who certainly keep her on her toes! When she’s not managing properties, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing with a well-deserved glass of wine.
